Theatre House L.I.N.D.A.

Huize L.I.N.D.A. performs since 2001 visual theatre with humor and
poetry in the theatre, on location but is specialized in open air theatre.
Initiator Stef van den Eijnden, ( mime ) actor, cooperates with visual
artists, musicians and mime actors.
He writes his own plays which are often based on literature. In a mixture
of poetry, music and acting his group brings in a direct relation with the
audience associative theatre.

In the past (79-99) he performed with De Gebroeders Flint the work
of Dutch, Flemish and foreign writers like Slauerhoff, Nescio,
Louis Paul Boon, Paul van Ostayen, Hugo Claus, Samuel Beckett,
Dylan Thomas. With this group he also developed an own form of outdoor
theatre.

In 2005/06 Huize LI,N.D.A. had a great succes with the open airplay
Een Magistrale Stralende Zon” after the famous dutch sixties poet
Johnny van Doorn. In 2007 L.I.N.D.A. has performed “Underdog”,
music theatre around the work of Charles Bukowski. With sculpturer
Liesje Smolders
he joined in object theatre like her project: “Natalie”,
which was also performed in Spain, Austria, Swiss and Portugal. 

In summer 2011 he celebrates his 30 year outdoor acting with the comic open
air show “Happy Single”. L.I.N.D.A. plays outdoor at summer festivals in
Holland like Oerol, Parade, Karavaan and abroad.
